Corporate Welfare

  • Gifts and Cash Gifts
  • Birthdays: Employees who have worked at the company for at least one year can enjoy a birthday gift worth 50 yuan, with an additional 10 yuan gift for each subsequent year of service.
  • Marriages: Employees who have worked at the company for at least two years can enjoy a 1,000 yuan gift. ¥600 gift money;
  • For the birth of a child, employees who have worked at the company for more than three years can receive a ¥600 gift money;
  • For the death of an immediate family member, employees who have worked at the company for more than one year can receive a ¥1,001 funeral benefit;
  • For employees who did not take leave before or after the Spring Festival holiday (regardless of the type of leave), each employee will receive a ¥500 red envelope, for a total of ¥1,000. This red envelope will be distributed after the Spring Festival holiday.
  • For Spring Festival travel allowance, employees who receive a ¥1,000 red envelope will receive a round-trip travel allowance home, up to a maximum of ¥1,000. This allowance will be distributed during National Day.
  • For annual leave not taken this year, employees will receive a subsidy at the rate of three times their base salary.

  • Referral Fee: For referrals to employees needed by the company, you will receive 500 yuan per month for one year. If the referred employee leaves, the referral fee will be forfeited.
  • Health Checkups: Employees who have worked at the company for two or more years will receive annual company-organized health checkups in July and August. Health reports will be retained by the company.
