System and rated voltage
The system voltage is 40.5kV, and the rated working voltage is 35kV. The system voltage is the highest voltage of the equipment in the power grid, and the rated voltage is the standard voltage for the normal operation of the equipment. The two determine the voltage adaptation range of the switchgear in the power grid to ensure its stable operation under the specified voltage.
Rated current range
The rated current has multiple specifications from 630A to 4000A. Different rated currents meet the needs of transformers of different capacities and loads. The larger the current, the higher the conductivity and heat dissipation design requirements of the switchgear to ensure safe and reliable transmission of electric energy under large currents.
Rated frequency
The rated frequency is 50Hz/60Hz. The frequency affects the electromagnetic design and operating characteristics of the equipment. The power grid frequencies in different regions are different. The switchgear needs to adapt to the local power grid frequency to ensure that it works in coordination with the transformer and other equipment to ensure the stable operation of the power system.
Removable structure
The removable structure facilitates the installation, maintenance and replacement of equipment. The removable parts of the switch cabinet (such as the circuit breaker trolley) can be flexibly moved out or pushed in, reducing the scope of power outage during equipment maintenance, improving the availability and maintenance efficiency of the equipment, and adapting to the power system's requirements for equipment reliability and flexibility.
Five-protection interlocking
The five-protection interlocking ensures the safety of equipment operation. Preventing the wrong opening and closing of circuit breakers, pulling and closing disconnectors with load, hanging ground wires with power, closing circuit breakers with ground wires, and mistakenly entering live intervals, etc., is achieved through mechanical or electrical interlocking devices, avoiding accidents caused by misoperation and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system.
Accurate measurement protection
The integrated accurate measurement protection function can monitor parameters such as voltage, current, and power in real time, and perform protection actions according to the set values. Such as overcurrent protection, quick-break protection, grounding protection, etc., can quickly detect faults and cut off faulty circuits, protect transformers and switch cabinets from damage, and improve the reliability and service life of equipment.
Flexible operation and maintenance
The operation and maintenance are flexible and convenient, with complete indication and operation mechanisms. The operator can operate the switch cabinet by local or remote control. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with clear indicator lights and status displays, which makes it easy for the operator to understand the operating status of the equipment and facilitate daily operation and maintenance work.
